You must check your user's guide for thermal linmiatiots but of course that whith the passing of the years it will be damaging for the set to be that near to a fire and heat source. No domestic appliances should be set near shuch heat source, cause it can cause malfunction of the set because of the heat or worst a fire. You should place it in a fresh area away from heat sources and direct sunlight. by Khwanchai posted on Tuesday, October 20, 2015

wow, it looks great! i love doing little home ptroecjs like this, they always end up being so much more work than i anticipate, but it's always totally worth the effort! i love the white brick![] Reply:July 6th, 2011 at 10:17 amThanks! I thought it would be a lot harder than it was. It only took a few hours to get the paint all off then painting it was the easy part. So satisfying![] wgoosc [link=]rpxgjwway[/link] by Hector posted on Thursday, October 22, 2015

Also, there's a mirror in the shower (awkward) a huge one in the front hall. I don't mind the front hall though, but it's pretty big! What little dirlangs your granddaughters are! I hope in a couple of years I can invite mine for tea time with Nanny.Your pictures make me miss summertime! I love those soft colours. I'm glad your tours went well. I was hoping my aunt and uncle would be over this Autumn for a tour but they didn't come this year. They went out west instead. Great fireplace to sit by, and of crsuoe, I love the Living Room! I do miss a big fireplace in my living room, growing up in France, our winters meals were taken by the fireplace, then we would move on to the library or living the fireplace. The fireplace in the library has saved us many winters when we would loose power. by Karina posted on Saturday, December 12, 2015

Looks fantastic! Isn't it amzniag how much of a difference a (relatively) simple change can make? Then you wonder why it wasn't always that way. We just took out a wall between our dining room and kitchen and can't figure out why there was ever a wall there to begin with. Sometime down the road, we want to take out the wall between the kitchen/dining and living rooms, but that one's load bearing, so we need to plan ahead and (if I can talk D into it) hire professionals by Asntonstian posted on Saturday, December 12, 2015

Beautiful spot of an afternoon spent raenidg by the fires. I woke up so cold that i had to draw a very hot bath and officially turn the heat on. The first frost hit last night, a sad day ahead, bringing my potted plants indoors...and taking out my coats and heavy sweaters from their summer storage. I will most certainly enjoy a cup of tea after me day's labor.. by Minyeong posted on Sunday, December 20, 2015

Door research & price comparison

Purchasing a fireplace is not an easy decision. Often times you will spend hours if not days, comparing all the different advantages and disadvantages of the fireplaces you have chosen to compare. Or, you might be the opposite. You may see a fireplace you love and immediately fall in love with it, and decide you have to have it, no matter the cost. Both situations can prove true. The important aspect is you remain a smart buyer and consumer in all of this. You can use tools like Kajiji, Craigslist and E-bay to compare fireplace prices and determine - are you getting the best deal? If you feel you are not, we would love to hear from you.
