I like electric fireplaces better because theres no waiting for them to heat up. just flick the switch on and on comes the fireplace.

I have been debating this exact same qutoiesn. I decided to put the flooring on the entire floor then place the cabinetry on top of the floor.This way, IF I ever want to change anything, the entire floor is covered and I don't set myself up (or anyone else for that matter) for a future nightmare. It seems like the only right way to go about the remodel, after much thought.

I haven't looked at it that close, but I don't see why not. This is supsoped to be a connected device, so I would think you could create a WCF service to act as the glue between the client on the device and the server (where the chat database is stored).
