Hello CJ,Thanks for leaving this great coemmnt.Goals are important, but just as you say, setting them takes time, effort and a clarity of yourself and your dreams.I do feel that setting goals, just to get started, is more important than getting it 100% right the first time. You will always have to change your goals as your life and your dreams change, but getting started towards something that might be your goal is better than not starting at all.In the book Brian Tracy helps you find your true goals by a number of techniques and I myself am working on a series on how to set goals that should be publishable soon. Thanks again for visiting. by Haris posted on Tuesday, October 20, 2015

Margaret, what a fan
Margaret, what a fantastic video! I was in Paris eairler this year and took particular interest in it's history. This week, I visited a Napole9on exhibit at the Art Gallery of Hamilton,in Ontario (Canada). I much enjoyed the exhibit and it reignited my interest in all things French. I did a simple search on the internet to get more information about St.Helena and your website came up. You have a great websight. What a wonderful job you have done. Thank you! I have wonderful mee
I have wonderful meeoirms of singing that song with when my mother was pregnant with my little sister. At the line the goose is getting fat I would pat her gorgeous mama-belly! Although I have no little bun in my oven, I'm enjoying teaching the carol to my son this year. He gets a kick out of it every time. Although I explaining a ha-penny to a four-year-old is a little challenging! Also, we're hoping to do a goose this year and I was all worried since I've never cooked one before. Perfect timing. Thank you so much! by Saad posted on Saturday, December 12, 2015

Hi Jen,Thanks for le
Hi Jen,Thanks for leaving a cnmemot on my Yin And Yang blog a while ago and for leading me to your blog. I've added yours to my Blog List and have just started reading some of your entries. Congratulations on your move into your new house with your husband and pets! You sound as if you are doing quite well. If you still have voices, have you tried applying compassion to them? That's what I did and now, for the most part, I lived in harmony with them. They still challenge me, but now I see them as my teachers rather than as my abusers. I learned to view them this way by studying books and audiobooks of an American Tibetan Buddhist nun named Pema Chodron. Have you heard of her? I really respect her. I even painted a portrait of her that hangs in my living room. Looking at her reminds me to smile and not treat things as such a big deal. Jen, thank you for writing and sharing your story. When you get settled in your new home, I hope you come back here and write all about it. I'm trying to expand on the number of blogs I read related to mental illness and health. I'm hoping I will visit your blog more often in the coming days.Kate : ) by Kitty posted on Sunday, December 13, 2015

Maher, there's no li
Maher, there's no limitations. You can elrnage your bone structure (it means thicken your bones) if you wish so. Everything is possible to the extent that you believe it's possible (or better to say strongly KNOW THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN. And you can everything). Most important thing is to stop almost all thoughts and get into this calm relaxing state, that's why you need to meditate - thoughts are barriers that use too much energy and distracts your attention from your desired goal. Also instead of meditation alternatively you can use theta waves (brain entrainment technology), that can be generated using freeware brainwave generators. If you chose this path - just relax, listen to theta waves for sometime and then begin to visualise your new body and claim it as your own. By the way it's very important to have very detailed vision how you want to look. It has to be not a vague vision, that needs to be very clear vision. Envision in your "mind's eye" all your naked body, investigate how tall you look, the muscle tone, the feeling of being tall, the length of fingers, the size of your hands etc. You can change every detail of your body according to your vision (that means hair color, eye color, hairiness of the body, penis size, breast size, muscle form and so on and so on, even facial structure. That's it. by Corey posted on Sunday, December 20, 2015

that meditation is l
that meditation is like a drug, but I don't feel aynnhitg. You studied "chiqung" or meditation for 5 or 6 yrs and we don't have that experience. May be we are trying to do the advanced meditation when we don't have the basic step mastered. It is like telling someone to swim when they have to start from the basic steps of kicking and learing to breath first. When someone knows how to kick and breath correctly then it is easy to swim. Do you think this is what is happening to us? What are the basic steps we need to learn and master? Another example is juggling. You learn to through and catch one ball, then two and then three. Is there a chigung master or website that explains the basic steps? What is the first step you learned? http://cdccqxsqam.com tfslqi [link=http://aacfncs.com]aacfncs[/link] by Caio posted on Tuesday, December 22, 2015

A note about purchasing Napoleon fireplace
If you are interested in purchasing this fireplace, take a few things into consideration.
First of all - how long of a warranty period are you looking for? If you are looking for
a fireplace that has a long manufacturer's warranty, then be sure you know what warranty
period the fireplace you are buying has, before you buy it. Some fireplaces only have a one
year manufacturer's warranty, meanwhile others may have a 5 or 10 year warranty. Some may
even have a 20 year warranty or a lifetime warranty.
How to redeem a manufacturer's warranty for Napoleon
Unfortunately we cannot help you to redeem a manufacturer's warranty on your fireplace.
The only way to do this really is to talk to the manufacturer itself. We cannot do this for
you. When you talk to the manufacturer, they may ask you for identifying numbers and the
like from your fireplace. This could include serial numbers or other. Using these identifiers,
the customer service reps will look up your fireplace and warranty to determine if it's
under warranty or not.
